Girls Fight Night Out in Manurewa
On the 8th of October, South Auckland Leegar Thaiboxing (S.A.L.T) will play host to a mixed boxing and kickboxing event. Terry Tuteru and Ange Davis of SALT will be hosting there third event that has a mixture of the two styles.

South Aucklander, New Zealand Sarah Long (Kickboxing 3 - 3 - 0, Boxing 0 - 2 - 0) will be going up against Hamiltonian, New Zealand debutant Tash Pakai. Sarah Long who trains under SALT, will be stepping in the ring for the third time in her career as a pro boxing. Long Debuted against 3 time New Zealand National Champion Nailini helu June this year. Long recently was in the ring against 2012 New Zealand National Champion Cheyenne Whaanga. Long will now face a new big challenge against an unknown opponent, Tasha Pakai, who took the fight on a week's notice.

Two kickboxers will also be stepping in the ring to fight as a pro boxing style.New Zealander Baby Nansen (2 - 2 - 0) will be going up against Russian Daria Smith (0 - 2 - 0) in a boxing rematch. The two fought before, september last year under Fair Pay Fighting, with Nansen winning by UD. Nansen has now permanently change to boxing since fight for the WBC Silver title in April this year against Melissa St Vil. Since Smith debut in boxing, Smith fought against Rebecca Jennings last month for the NZPBA title. The winner of this rematch will be the mandatory challenger for Jennings title.

Baby Nansen older sister, Victoria Nansen will also be on the card. Victoria Nansen is very well known for many things, including being a kickboxer, President of the WMC and her pro boxing bout against 2 time world champion Australian Lisa Marie Vizaniari. Originally Nansen bout was suppose to go up against Nailini Helu, however due to the massive backlash that was caused by Helu vs Davis bout, Helu was too stressed to focus to train and causing a bit of a strain on her mental health. Victoria Nansen will now be going up against The Samoan Sniper Kirsty Lupeamanu (0 - 1 - 0).

Lupeamanu who is sparring mates with Tash Pakai, debuted in April against Nailini helu. Lupeamanu was originally scheduled to go up against Sarah Long, however due to Helu pulling out, Lupeamanu stepped up for the challenge and Pakai took her place against Long.

These women will be making there make on the New Zealand Boxing Community, especially since New Zealand has now more active heavyweight female boxings then any other country in the world. As for Ange Davis, she will be taking a break from pro boxing tonight and will be busy with promoting this event. Davis Team will be going into negotiations soon for a much need rematch against Nailini Helu for the NZPBA title.
