A Party Vote Unitedfuture is a Vote for the Outdoors 26 Aug 2014
United Future NZ PartyA Party Vote Unitedfuture is a Vote for the Outdoors
UnitedFuture’s Outdoors Spokesperson Alan Simmons says New Zealanders’ birth right to fish and hunt will be safeguarded by UnitedFuture’s return to Parliament this election.
“UnitedFuture’s Leader Peter Dunne has, for a long time, stood up for the rights of all Kiwis who love to fish and hunt.
“It is the hard work of UnitedFuture that has ensured our outdoors have not been forgotten in Wellington. We need your party vote to ensure our outdoors are not sacrificed to commercial interests.
“We have seen the continued degradation of our waterways and the depletion of our fishing stocks and this must be brought to a stop.
“The fish in our oceans, the game animals in our forests, and our first-class freshwater fishing belong to all Kiwis. We must fight to protect these ideals which are at the very heart of our society” said Mr Simmons.
It is
UnitedFuture policy to ensure that there is public access to
our rivers, forests and beaches, that the rights of all
Kiwis involved in outdoor recreation are placed ahead of
commercial interests, and that our waterways are cleaned
up.
“These outdoor resources belong to every New
Zealander, not a few wealthy individuals or companies”
said Alan Simmons.
“Following the General Election next month the ability of all New Zealanders to fully experience, protect, and enhance our outdoors will be one of the major goals UnitedFuture pursues.
“We have a strong track record of achievement and we want to continue to keep working hard for the outdoors community.
“But to do that we need your party vote. A tick for UnitedFuture will not be wasted” said party Leader Hon Peter Dunne.
“If people wish to see true change; the cleaning up of our polluted waterways, catching not buying fish for their family’s table and enjoying the wonderful hunting resource this country has, they must cast their party vote for UnitedFuture” said Mr Simmons.
