2015 ANZ Championship Conference Finals Arrangements

Trans Tasman Netball League (TTNL), operators of the ANZ Championship, would like to confirm the arrangements for the Australian and New Zealand Conference Finals ahead of this weekend’s last round.

Australian Conference Finals arrangements…

Australian Conference Elimination Final (2nd v 3rd)

The second placed team on the Australian Conference ladder will host the third placed team in the Australian Conference Elimination Final. The winner of Saturday’s game between the West Coast Fever and NSW Swifts will host the Australian Conference Elimination Final.

…if the West Coast Fever finish the regular season in second:

Date: Friday 5 June 2015
Venue: HBF Stadium, Perth, Australia
Time: 7.18pm (AWST) (Doors open: 6.00pm)

Members: Fever and Swifts members will have preferential purchase from 9.00am (AWST) onTuesday 2 June. Members can purchase their tickets online at www.ticketmaster.com.au, phone 136 100 or any Ticketmaster outlet. Fever and Swifts will communicate directly with members the process for purchasing tickets during the pre-sale. Members are permitted to purchase maximum of two (2) tickets per membership and a maximum of two (2) tickets per transaction. Members pre-sale closes at 12.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday 2 June.

Tickets: General public tickets are on sale through Ticketmaster from 1.00pm (AWST) onTuesday 2 June. Purchase online at www.ticketmaster.com.au, phone 136 100 or any Ticketmaster outlet.


…if the NSW Swifts finish the regular season in second:

Venue: Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, Sydney, Australia
Time: 7.18pm (AEST) (Doors open: 6.00pm)

Members: Fever and Swifts members will have preferential purchase from 9.00am (AEST) onTuesday 2 June. Members can purchase their tickets online at www.ticketek.com.au, phone 132 849 or any Ticketek outlet. Fever and Swifts will communicate directly with members the process for purchasing tickets during the pre-sale. Members are permitted to purchase maximum of one (1) ticket per individual member. Members pre-sale closes at 12.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 2 June.

The team that finishes at the top of the Australian Conference ladder at the conclusion of the regular season will host the Australian Conference Final, against the winner of the Australian Conference Elimination Final.

…if the Mission Queensland Firebirds finish the regular season in first:

Venue: Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane, Australia
Time: 12.18pm (AEST) (Doors open: 11.00am)

Members: Firebirds members will have preferential purchase from 9.00am (AEST) on Monday 1 June. Members can purchase their tickets online at www.ticketek.com.au, phone 132 849 or any Ticketek outlet. Away team members will have exclusive access to an ‘Away Bay’ sale following the Australian Conference Elimination Final on Saturday 6 June from 9.00am – 12.00pm (AEST). The two respective teams will communicate directly with members the process for purchasing tickets during the pre-sale. Members pre-sale closes at 12.00pm (AEST) on Monday 1 June.

New Zealand Conference Finals arrangements…

New Zealand Conference Elimination Final (2nd v 3rd)

The second placed team on the New Zealand Conference ladder will host the third placed team in the New Zealand Conference Elimination Final. The Kia Magic have secured a second place finish and will host the New Zealand Conference Elimination Final against either the Ascot Park Hotel Southern Steel or Mojo Pulse.

Venue: Claudelands Arena, Hamilton, New Zealand
Time: 3.10pm (NZT) (Doors open: 2.00pm)

Members: Magic members will have preferential purchase from 10.00am (NZT) on Tuesday 2 June. Member’s pre-sale closes at10.00am (NZST) on Wednesday 3 June.

ANZ Championship Semi-Finals

Two Conference Finalists from the Australian and New Zealand Conferences will qualify automatically for the ANZ Championship Semi Finals. The two Conference Champions will host an ANZ Championship Semi Final against the loser of the opposite Conference Final.
