Solid Announces.....Seether.....Logan Campbell Centre Friday June 26

An All Ages and Fully Licensed Concert

Rock fans rejoice! SEETHER is returning to New Zealand!

Since their formation in 1999 SEETHER has become one of the most successful rock bands in the world.

With six studio albums and multi-platinum level sales, a consistent domination of rock radio airplay around the world and a relentless touring schedule averaging 120 shows per year, Seether are an unstoppable force of nature. They have become one of rock’s most fearsome live units – each show totally committed to their stage performances and audience.

Seether has a fiercely loyal worldwide fan base and nowhere is this more true than here in New Zealand.

NZ has always been a tremendously happy home for Seether – and is indeed one of the band’s top 3 territories in the world! Last time Seether played in NZ three years ago the pre-sale allocation sold out instantly, the venue was upgraded and the Auckland concert was the fastest selling across their Australasian tour.

Seether will play at The Logan Campbell Centre in Auckland on Friday June 26th.

To show their continued appreciation to their New Zealand fans the band will make earlybird tickets available at a special price of $69.50+bf. Tickets go onsale on Friday May 1st from Ticketmaster and immediate purchase is advised to secure the earlybird price. It is an All Ages and fully licensed concert. Details below.

Seether frontman Shaun Morgan is thrilled to be returning "It’s been too long, we haven’t been there since 2012 which is just blasphemous, but that’s fixed now and we’re making good and are excited to get back and catch up with our fans in New Zealand”.

Following 2011’s hugely successful Holding Onto Strings Better Left To Fray, the band’s new album

Isolate and Medicate marked 2014 as the year of Seether. Working again with production ace Brendan O’Brien (Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Neil Young, AC/DC) it is another career high as the band continue to raise their already very lofty bar. O’Brien has repeatedly championed Morgan as one of music’s most gifted songwriters and vocalists and Seether as one of rock’s most extraordinary bands. Together they delivered the most poignant, passionate, and powerful record of Seether’s illustrious career.

Morgan’s remarkable ear for indelible melodies underpinned the ferocious first single Words as Weapons and Seether once again smashed it at rock radio with the song becoming an instant highlight as the band hit the road criss-crossing the globe as headlining mainstays and playing the world’s biggest rock festivals. Same Damn Life, Suffer It All and Weak can be added to Remedy, Fake It, Rise Above This, Tonight and Country Song in what is now a remarkable and very long line of huge hit airplay songs stretching back well over a decade.

With over 139 million YouTube/Vevo views and four million followers on their socials, Seether's powerful online presence is solid proof of their hard won and fervent worldwide support. It’s on terra firma however and up on the stage where everything really connects for Seether. Hold tight then - Seether’s epic riffs and thunderous rhythms are heading back our way with the album of their career and the band in the form of their lives.
