Sam Smith
Second And Final Auckland Show Added Due to Popular Demand!

Sam Smith's soulful voice has captured the hearts of audiences all over the world and now after quickly selling out his first show, Frontier Touring is pleased to announce that a second and final Auckland show at Vector Arena on Wednesday, 22 April has been added to meet overwhelming demand!

The album has already gone Platinum in the UK and Gold in New Zealand, debuting at #1 in the UK albums chart, becoming the fastest-selling debut of 2014, and #2 on the US Billboard Chart, ARIA Albums Chart and New Zealand Albums Chart.

Not content with just storming the charts the album has also been commandeering the attention and acclaim of critics:

‘Smith bares more than his vocal cords on this record. Every story of unrequited love that's been put to song is powerful in its own right.’
Billboard 8.5/10

‘Sam Smith is big for a reason, and has certain expectation attributed to him. In The Lonely Hour doesn’t buckle under that, it succeeds despite it, and will cement Smith as a bona-fide UK icon.’ – Music OMH

In The Lonely Hour’s first single, the ludicrously catchy ‘Money On My Mind’ (watch here) won Smith another UK #1 and Platinum certification. Subsequent single ‘Stay With Me’ (watch here) has become Smith's most successful single to date - going triple Platinum in Australia, Platinum in New Zealand and reaching the top ten in over twelve countries.

Smith gave an acclaimed rendition of ‘Stay With Me’ at the recent MTV VMA’s (watch here), a shiver-inducing duet alongside RnB legend Mary J. Blige (watch here), and the track has been reworked by the likes of Ed Sheeran and Florence + The Machine amongst others.

The compelling video for latest single ‘I’m Not The Only One’ (watch here) is a tale of unrequited love and longing that is highlighted by Smith’s trademark affecting vocals that features Glee's Dianna Agron and The Mindy Project's Chris Messina.

Live and on-stage Sam Smith is a force of nature. His tour of New Zealand next May is set to be some of the most talked about performances of 2015. Make sure you don’t miss out!
