We may be able to help each other…

Think of it: - you can get off the plane and into your own home and be earning an income from your very own business in the first week.

We have an 18 month old family home on 5 acres of flat land near Dunedin. Is it a plush Becks/Posh mansion? No. But our English rellies that have visited are gob-smacked when they walk in, love it, and don’t want to leave.

But the best part is we also have four self contained cottages that bring in a handsome income. Plus we have local council authority to build six more! We are running it as a country motel; easily run by one person (so the other unfortunate spouse can go out to work each day) or enough of an income so you can both kick back and enjoy a vino with the guests in the evening, if that is your weakness.

Is it like an English B&B? No. The guests are in their own self contained cottages with bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchens.

Do we have to cook breakfasts? No. Most of our guests cook their own or have a “continental” breakfast delivered to their cottage the night before. (This way they can munch at their own time scale).

Do we have to clean up after other people? (eew!) No – not if you don’t want to. We currently employ a grand cleaner – she could become your “gem” too.

So why are we selling? Why aren’t we expanding the business?? Unfortunately, our dream got broken. (health reasons – yawn. Can go into that with embarrassing, intimate detail later if you have the time and inclination).

Buying this property may allow you and your family to come into NZ. We can check this out for you further once we know your circumstances.

OK – still not hooked? Want a further sweetener? We will refund the airfares of you and your partner to relocate to NZ on settlement of the sale. (Yeah – ok- one way only and standard fares – we’re not springing for 1st class).

Want to know more? Please email me at [email protected] sending your name and contact phone number. I’ll send you back photos and more details.
