October 3-5, 2014 at AUT City Campus.

The immutable Laws of the Universe also revealed in this weekend are time-proven, mathematically accurate and will shift one’s perception of life.

“The secret of success in life is hidden in the brain, which is the command center. Currently, we only use 10% of our brain. Even a 5% increase will radically transform your life,” Naam Yoga Director of Health, Dr. Christina Pabers said.

Shakti Naam Yoga is no ordinary style of yoga, it’s use of sound, meridian's, breath and movement is deeply healing and helping people worldwide, with a myriad of conditions from depression and diabetes to stress, thyroid, addictions and more.

"It is a dynamic and adaptable yogic technology different to any other systems of fitness, yoga or meditation and it’s suitable for people of all fitness levels and ages,” said Dr. Pabers.
