The Team 2011 Rugby World Cup Volunteers Reunion will take place on October 20th 2012.
The Theme for the Reunion will be “He Kete Taonga –New Zealand Team 2011 RWC” and the concept is to provide a common ground for Team 2011 Rugby World Cup Volunteers to network, capture and preserve memories.
The event will be held at Sharks Sports Bar & Function Centre at Orewa.
A number of key note speakers – yet to be announced – will feature at the event as well as entertainment, music as well as exhibitors and stalls.
Event organiser Leanne Hollinshead says the reunion will provide a unique opportunity for Rugby World Cup volunteers from throughout the country to come back together and relive the memories of such a special event.
“Sponsorship provides you with an opportunity to engage with over 3000 volunteers that have international experience to promote your company products and services to a huge audience, under one roof,” says Hollinshead.
