Guns N’ Roses Rock Out Wellington
Witness the stadium tour of the century when Guns N’ Roses reunite for a special reunion tour in 2017. The Not In This Lifetime tour will mark the first time the band have performed in New Zealand since their infamous Use Your Illusion tour back in 1993.
Formed in 1985, the band went on to captivate the world with the release of their 1987 debut Appetite for Destruction – the best-selling US debut album, selling 30 million copies. In 1991, the seven-time platinum Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II occupied the top two spots of the Billboard Top 200 upon release.
Over the course of the past decade, Guns N’ Roses have performed sold-out shows and headlined festivals worldwide, continuing to set the benchmark for live performance, connecting with millions of fans across the globe.
Official sub-agents for the Wellington gig, Williment Sports Travel have released a 1-night package for fans travelling to the capital. Stay in a top hotel and rock out the red carpet with a Silver Venue Experience and take advantage of the designated/early entry away from the crowds, access to VIP bar & bathrooms, pre-show DJ, official merchandise & refreshment voucher plus Reserved seating with prime views of the stage.
The GnR Wellington package starts from just $595pp (based on twin/double-share). Held on Thursday 2 Feb, the gig times into Waitangi Day making it a perfect opportunity to explore Wellington’s summer activities over the long weekend.
