Naverisk, the market
leading provider of unified RMM (Remote Monitoring and
Management) and Service Desk software opens UK
offices.
Auckland, New Zealand – October 24th, 2012. Building upon its considerable success in the Australian, New Zealand and North American IT Service Provider and (MSP) Managed Service Provider markets, Naverisk today announced the successful completion of phase one of a significant global expansion program with the establishment of its first UK office. The office will act as a spring board for further UK and European expansion to meet the increasing demand for the Naverisk RMM, Service Desk and Managed Security Services Suite across the Northern hemisphere.
Naverisk Founder and CEO, Jon Kalaugher recently spent several months in the UK and Europe exploring the market opportunity. “We saw a staggering sales conversion rate of nearly 50% in the UK market. Basically almost half the IT Service Providers we pitched a Naverisk partnership to have come on board as partners. This includes some major wins against our competition” says Kalaugher. “Our global expansion program has Naverisk yet again on target to more than double our partner base and revenues across the next twelve months”.
Among the wave of UK partners taking advantage of the Naverisk next generation all in one RMM, Service Desk, Time Tracking and Billing platform are M3Networks based in Scotland.
"We started off with Kaseya several years ago, moved to Labtech and have finally settled on Naverisk as our RMM and Service Desk platform. Naverisk's ease of use, low cost and the ideal feature set made this an easy decision for us. We are a UK based MSP and have a quality experience working with their 24x7 team. I would definitely recommend a partnership with Naverisk" says Mark R, Director M3Networks.
To further support Naverisk’s global expansion a recruitment drive across all areas of the business is underway.
